2. Purpose of this website
This website provides general information about RN VM&SD, its capabilities, services and selected work. It is not an e-commerce service and does not accept payments or create customer accounts.
Submitting a form, project enquiry, brief or request for quotation does not by itself constitute an order, acceptance of an offer or conclusion of a contract. Binding project scope, specifications, price, delivery commitments, warranties and other commercial obligations are governed by the applicable written quotation, order confirmation or agreement accepted by authorised parties.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website texts, original graphics, layouts, photographs, videos and other materials created for or lawfully owned by SIA “PR Aģentūra” are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Nothing on this website transfers intellectual-property rights to a visitor.
You may use the website in the ordinary course of evaluating RN VM&SD as a potential supplier or business partner and may share links to public pages. 5. Confidential and restricted project material
RN VM&SD works on projects subject to confidentiality obligations, publication restrictions or non-disclosure agreements. Work may therefore be presented anonymously, without a client name or logo, through selected details or with a limited description.
The absence of identifying information is intentional where required by confidentiality or publication restrictions. Anonymous or partial presentation does not mean that RN owns a client’s underlying brand, concept or confidential project material.
6. Information submitted to RN VM&SD
You should submit only information that you are entitled to disclose. Sending an enquiry, document, drawing, image or other material through the website does not by itself create a separate non-disclosure agreement or contractual confidentiality arrangement.
Where an existing NDA or agreement already applies, it remains applicable according to its terms. If confidentiality is required before detailed information is exchanged, the appropriate arrangement should be agreed separately.
Submission does not grant RN ownership of the submitter’s intellectual property. Information may be used only as reasonably necessary to review and respond to the enquiry, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations. Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Notice.
