RN VM&SD is the public brand under which SIA “PR Aģentūra” presents its services.

2. Personal data we collect
Contact and project enquiries
The contact form collects your name, email address and message. Company and telephone details are optional. The form does not accept file uploads. We also receive information you choose to provide by telephone or through the separate privacy contact address.
To protect the form, the website uses a short-lived session token, a hidden field, a submission timing check and a rolling limit on submissions from the same network address. A hashed network address and submission times are held in protected server storage for this purpose. The contact page also loads Cloudflare Turnstile to check submissions; Cloudflare may process connection and browser signals for that security check.
The website is intended primarily for business-to-business enquiries. Please provide only information relevant to the enquiry and do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential third-party information unless it is necessary and you are authorised to share it.

The contact form requires a name, email address and message so that RN can understand and reply to an enquiry. Company and telephone details are optional. The form does not accept attachments. Without sufficient contact or project information, RN may be unable to respond or evaluate the enquiry.
5. Who may receive the data
Contact-form and telephone enquiries are handled by designated SIA “PR Aģentūra” personnel who need the information for the enquiry, quotation or project discussion. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@reklamasnams.lv.
Depending on the services used for your enquiry, providers of hosting, email and telephone communications, and storage may process the data. Contact us for information about the recipients relevant to your enquiry.
We do not sell website-enquiry data and do not intend to use it for third-party advertising or remarketing.

7. How long we keep enquiry data
Website enquiries and submitted files are intended to be retained for up to 12 months and may be deleted earlier when no longer needed. If an enquiry becomes an active customer project, relevant information may become part of project, contractual, accounting or legal records governed by separate retention requirements.
